It has always irked me that when my costs rise, I have to tighten my belt and cut costs, doing without vacations, and sometimes even necessities. In contrast, our elected officials live in luxury, get rich at our expense, and when they should be cutting costs themselves, they happily raise taxes and vote themselves another raise. I'm not sure who they think they are representing, but I know from writing letters about important issues that I have no representation in Sacramento or in DC. Enough is enough.

The Radical Democrats close refineries that are very efficient to buy overseas oil from countries that tolerate Calif. at best and run the cost of gas up.
The Legislature approved $130 million plus for "active" transportation that has failed at such a large degree even the blue dogs are complaining.
Calif. is losing workers and businesses at an astonishing rate because of taxes, spending on failures, inflation and the list goes on.

Love the Orwellian title of this Proposition. "Budget Stabilization account Cap Increase and Gann Limit Changes". Stabilization is probably the last thing it will do to our budget by giving our drunk spendthrift politicians in Sacramento more leeway to spend the money. It also gives the impression that the supporters of the Gann Limit are in favor of this irresponsible ballot measure. We need someone else besides the Ca AG writing the titles for these referendums.
Like rats scurrying for the scuppers when the lights come on, we need to expose these criminals from the beginning. Not with 'letters to the editor', but, in a way that hurts them.
How? Professional ads in the media in plain english with complete details, their picture and one step away from slander. As a matter of fact - let's hope for a slander lawsuit where we can explain in complete detail why they're robbing us !
